Sprocket Rocket. Fuji Neopan 400. New favorite film

Fuji Neopan 400 film competes with my love for Ilford Delta 400. Fuji Neopan 400 film is extremely easy to use and easy to develop. Today I used it in my Sprocket Rocket camera made by the Lomography Society. Developed in Universal B&W developer and Ilford fixer.

Yet another Ebay score! 20 rolls of frozen 127 film for $81

I put a max bid of $250 for 20 rolls of 127 film. The rolls have been in a freezer and has an expiration date of 11/1989. To me, frozen expired film is a priceless treasure. Luckily, I got the film for $81. The only other alternative for 127 film is buying Efke 127 film, which is over priced, or buying Frugal Photographer's Bluefire 127 film. Frugal's 127 film is just respooled non-perforated Konica/Kodak Portra 160 35mm film. I opted out of buying Frugal's film because they wouldn't let me buy in bulk to get the discount (and I have the same film to make my own rolls).

More on 127 film and cameras after the jump.

I'm still alive. Updates! Spared no expense on 70mm gear

Well, I've taken a big step in 70mm film photography. I Just bought a Nikkor long roll 70mm developing tank and reel off ebay. I've been waiting for months for another tank to pop up.

More purchases and updates after the break...

Check out my first cyanotype print!

My first batch of cyanotype prints turned out great. I've changed how I prep the water color paper and figured out the shower is the best place to rinse the prints.

I'll go into detail in a future post on how I do my large cyanotype prints. I'm still tweaking my process.

No sun til Saturday? Rain rain go away...

Cyanotype project put on hold until Saturday. Rain all week.
Of course the day I decide to mix all of my chemicals for my cyanotype project, it rains. Just my luck.
I guess I can work on my youtube channel

Does anyone know how I can properly store 13x19 digital negatives? Poor Audrey Hepburn is gonna have to stay as a negative for a while.
